Remote Support

Our support engineers can quickly answer many service-related questions over the phone. Real-time troubleshooting via WebEx is also available. This option is available on every system we build and allows for quick and accurate support.

Field Service

When required, our service engineers come directly to your facility to perform field upgrades or to diagnose problems.

Spare Parts

Each completed ILT system ships with documentation that includes a spare parts list. Customers may also contact us to request updated lists for their system.

On-Site Training

ILT engineers regularly conduct training sessions that help clients effectively use and maintain their system. Training sessions related to HMI-2200—ILT’s proprietary control software—are also available. Contact us for details.
