Customer Support An important ILT difference is customer support. The technicians and engineers who build and test the systems are the same people who install them and offer customer support once they're in operation. When required, internet-based software diagnostics can be used to diagnose ILT machines throughout the world. Phone: 763-231-0783 Tele Service (763)231-0783 Our in-house support engineers have an intimate knowledge of our workstations, and are often directly involved in the design and build of our workstations. A wide range of service related questions can be quickly answered over the phone with one of our support engineers. When needed, we can also do real-time troubleshooting via WebEx. This option is installed on every system we build and allows for quick and accurate customer support. Field Service When required, our field service engineers can go directly to the customer facility to perform field upgrades or diagnose problems. Spare Parts If you, as a current customer, would like an updated list of our recommended spare parts for your workstation, feel free to contact us.
